The Kremlin Reacted to Today’s Drone Attack on Moscow and the Occupied Crimea

Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that all the drones that attacked Moscow today have been neutralized.

According to media reports, there were three drones and at least one fell near the structures of the Russian Defense Ministry.

Regarding the attack on the occupied Crimea, Putin’s spokesman says that all security forces are “on the alert”, and the possibility of a new attack on the Crimean bridge remains. In response, he promises a continuation of the invasion.

At the same time, Russian military publications write that today in Crimea there was not only a drone raid, but also an attack on ammunition depots in the Dzhankoy region with Storm Shadow missiles.

According to them, three missiles hit an ammunition depot near the village of Volnoye and one hit a repair base near Novostepnoye. All four hit the mark.

And the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, after the morning attack on Moscow, called for choosing “unexpected targets” for strikes on Ukraine.

“Not only storage facilities, energy hubs and oil bases, there are other places where they are not waiting for us yet, and where the effect will be very significant,” Medvedev wrote.

Earlier,  the Russian Defense Ministry announced the defeat of all drones over the occupied Crimea . And the so-called “head” of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, confirmed  the arrival at the ammunition depot in the Dzhankoy region  and announced the evacuation of the population within a radius of five kilometers from the explosion site in the Dzhankoy region.
