Duda: Ukraine Does Not Have Enough Weapons to Change the Balance in the War

Polish President Andrzej Duda believes that with the amount of weapons currently at the disposal of the Ukrainian forces, Ukraine is not capable of changing the balance in the war.

He spoke about this in an interview with The Washington Post , writes European Truth.

Duda noted that thanks to the supplies of partners, Ukraine now has a much more modern military potential than Russia. However, according to him, this is not enough.

“The question is: Does Ukraine have enough weapons to change the balance of the war and take over? And the answer is probably not. They probably don’t have enough weapons. And we know this from the fact that right now they are not able to implement very decisive counteroffensive against the Russian military. In short, they need more help,” the Polish president said.

Recall that the United States Department of Defense records the advancement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the counteroffensive, but predicts that it will be a difficult and lengthy struggle.

According to CNN, based on the current situation on the battlefield, Western officials are beginning to see a big success for the Ukrainian defense forces as unlikely to make a big difference.
