Brazil’s Sport Club Internacional and Aspetar in Tie-Up


Brazilian football club SC Internacional and Aspetar, a renowned orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital in Qatar, have tied up to foster knowledge exchange and promote research and innovation in the field of Sports Medicine. 

Aspetar, accredited by FIFA, IOC, and numerous other health and sports entities, is widely recognised as a global reference in preventing and treating injuries, as well as rehabilitating injured athletes.

Aspetar Director General, Mohamed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, said: “We are excited to collaborate with SC Internacional, one of the most prestigious Brazilian clubs and bring our world-class medical expertise to their team. Top football club

Sport Club Internacional is a top football club in Brazil and South America, known as the “Champion of Everything” for winning all competitions it participated in, including the FIFA World Club Championship against Barcelona in 2006. 

Founded in 1909, it has always been inclusive and associated with popular origins. The club has won several prestigious trophies, and Its home stadium, the Beira-Rio, hosted games from the FIFA World Cup in 2014.
